Di creates a unique imaginative and cosmopolitan look for little ones, an eclectic mix of the playful beach styling she grew up wearing and the light-hearted sense of fun she still possesses today.
Every fabric, stitch and button choice reflects the loves and aesthetics of her own childhood, when each year Di's mum would present her and her sister with a brand new collection of lovingly made outfits for their long summer holidays on the beaches of North Queensland.
While Wild Bear is contemporary in its comfort, choice of fabric, and sophisticated trims, there is an inherent sense of nostalgia in each piece.
And to keep things simple, every garment is made right here on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland of premium natural cotton fabrics and predominantly hand-dyed trims. Hand crafted and made with exquisite attention to detail, these are garments that can be passed on from generation to generation.
