When will my order be sent?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Does Wild Bear Deliver Worldwide?
Not at this stage. However, please leave your contact details with us and we will advise you as soon as this service is available.
Speaking of delivery, how much does it cost within Australia ?
Delivery within Australia is a flat rate $7.50.
On many occasions we use the services of a courier company. Where this is not possible (due to remote location) we use Australia Post Express delivery.As all parcels need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item. A tracking number will be available for all sent items.
All parcels are insured against loss or damage.
What is The Wild Bear refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing we love more than a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please include a copy of your receipt and we shall notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with a credit code to be used within three months.Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense to:
